Title: Still No Resolution – Bybit’s “Internal Review” Has Become an Excuse, Not a ProcessIt has now been nearly a month since Bybit rejected my deposit from 6 November, and I am still waiting for a refund that should have been returned within 7–14 working days. Bybit has failed to follow its own timeline, failed to provide proof of refund, and failed to communicate anything meaningful beyond scripted messages.Every time I contact support, I receive the same repeated lines – and now a new one:“Your case is under higher-level internal review.”This phrase has become nothing more than a delay tactic, because there has been absolutely zero progress, zero transparency, and no evidence that anything is genuinely being reviewed. A financial platform handling customer money should not:Hide behind generic responses,Ignore confirmed timelines,Fail to provide proof of refund,And repeatedly push customers into endless waiting cycles. My case #22708277 continues to be delayed with no actionable update. Because of Bybit’s ongoing lack of responsibility, I have now reported this case to multiple regulators, including the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and ASIC, as well as documented the issue publicly.A company in the financial sector should understand the importance of accountability, yet Bybit continues to offer apologies without action – leaving customers without answers and without their funds. This experience has shown me that Bybit’s internal processes are not just slow – they are unreliable. I will continue updating this review until the refund is returned.I strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this exchange with their money.
